B&W 683 Bowers and Wilkins Nautilus Tweeter & Mid-range Floor standing Speakers

These floor standing speakers benefit from the Nautilus tweeter and Mid-range driver which makes them sound so accurate and detailed. They are practically reference standard monitors if paired with the correct amplifier and music source, which I have. Even with two bass drivers these speakers sound neutral and honest. I have owned them 10 years and been extremely happy with them, even if I could have used a bigger sound stage. I have a high end Pioneer Receiver and matching DVD / Bluray / CD player, both together cost over a grand, I will give first refusal to the happy winner of these speakers.

Used only occasionally for listening to Classical, Rock or Pop etc. They are very versatile and endlessly pleasing. The equivalent today are the B&W 703 S2.
