Infinity intermezzo 4.1t Tower Speakers System. Included power cables, manual, Room adaptive Bass Optimization System kit. Up for sale is a pair of. 4-way design and packs an 850W amp that will drive its 12 bass woofer. The other three drivers 6.5 mid-bass, 3.5 mid-range and 1 dome tweeter operate passively and is driven by your power amp. Collectively, they all add up to a towering speaker that measures almost 52 tall, 17 deep and 13 wide and a hefty 93lbs. The speakers does require a fair bit of time to setup with its R. S (Room Adaptive Bass Optimization System) system which basically measures its performance vis-a-vis with your room acoustics. Once that is done, all that is left to do is sit back and enjoy the music. We are not particularly heavy bass lovers so we actually like listening to them without the subwoofer but when we want a really emotional experience with lots of drama, we just cranked up the subwoofer and let it tear away at the music. With classical music, it was quite the performer a large scale presentation with great depth and staging. Vocals was well presented too with nicely squared center and dimensional imaging. Cosmetically, they are in very good shape.
Minor scuff marks here and there but nothing major. Fully packed, each speaker will tip the scale at 130 lbs. Type: 4-way, floor-standing, with powered closed-box subwoofer.
