Jamo d 365 loud floorstanding speakers, 15 woofers, horn tweeters
Up for grabs is a pair of the legendary Jamo d365 floorstanding loudspeakers. For those who dont know, these are a fantastic 90s speaker that still sounds great today, the Danish company is still going strong and continue to make brilliant speakers.
Most speakers nowadays are tall skinny towers or small bookshelf speakers due to spaces getting smaller.. Etc, but they just dont compare to large cabinets with large woofers.... These 365 beauties have impressive 15 bass woofers...
The mids are clear and the horn driven tweeters sound great. The 365 speaker is a large speaker, but are still designed to have a much more compact depth, which allows them to be less intrusive when sitting in the room, as obviously speakers shouldnt be placed up against walls. These ones also come fitted with casters, to aid in them being moved about more easily (for instance, pulling them away from the wall when listening to music and then simply pushing back against the wall when finished). The silver rings and horns really stand out and highlight the excellent drivers, however the speakers come with dust covers that also tone down the silver, if preferred (they look good either way).
They are in fantastic condition for there age, which is extremely rare, as they commonly got destroyed at house partys, or get driver grills fitted and most of the time have there dust caps pushed in and sometimes even the cones are punctured. These ones are clean with no dodgy surround repairs and no chunks taken out from the cabinets.. Etc and as mentioned earlier, they also have there casters and front dust covers, which are also normally missing! There are a few odd small marks/scratches here and there and with a long light scratch on top of one of the speakers, although saying that, they still look very clean....
The dust covers have had the cloth reattached keeping them looking tidy, not as clean as the original factory work, but still do the job fine and you dont see the area anyway when the cover is fitted. They are powerful looking and sounding and not many in this condition, so dont miss out. You can also use the much better banana plugs with these speakers.
