I believe this is an early version; a 4 way design using Celestion HF2000 super tweeters, and HD1000 tweeters, and Peerless K040-MRF midrange units and bass drivers. Later versions of the 730 became a 3 way without the Celestion components. Very few of these speakers survive with their original drivers because the foam surrounds on the Peerless components rotted out and they were often replaced with non original parts. On this pair, a previous owner has refoamed the original bass drivers, and I have refoamed the midrange units with now remanufactured surrounds, made specifically for this driver, from Audio Friends in the Netherlands.

As far as I know the crossovers are original. The cabinets are walnut and generally in very good condition. I have sanded and oiled the tops, the sides and back appear to have had a bit of stain applied at some point but the colour match isn't bad. These are surprisingly subtle and sophisticated sounding speakers with real hifi quality. The top end is clean and extended, midrange is beautifully detailed and expressive, and bass controlled and deep.
