These speakers are perfect for stereo systems in large to medium sized rooms and as also great for front speakers in home cinema systems. The 25mm Titanium dome tweeter is paired with a 150mm midrange driver and two 165mm paper-coned bass drivers. The tweeters in these speakers are Bowers & Wilkins new titanium dome type. The dome driver have excellent levels of resolution with a smooth response. The responsiveness of the drivers is due to the physical properties of titanium.

In that Titanium resists beak-ups at increased intensity and it is also very heat resistant. The drivers grill is acoustically transparent and acts as a waveguide, aiding high-frequency dispersion.

For the bass and midrange drive units, they use the renowned Continuum composite cone, which also resists break-ups and abrupt transitions in the response. The end result are that delivers voices and instruments with spatial clarity and accurate resolution. Finally the bass response is assured by the inclusion of a Flowport bass reflex vent. In summary if you are looking for floorstanding speakers that are not only stylish with a clean aesthetic but also have a robust, full bodied sound even at high intensity levels, then the 603 S3 speakers could be the ones for you.
