A Rare Piece of UK Hi-Fi History - Original Receipt. Up for sale is a stunning pair of Linn Kaber LS500 passive floorstanding loudspeakers - a cult classic from Linn's golden era. Fully tested and working beautifully. Fantastic used condition - very well looked after. Why These Speakers Are Special.

The Kabers were Linn's answer to high-performance floorstanding speakers with uncompromising rhythm and speed. They're passive, but offer tri-wire / tri-amp capability via their triple binding posts, giving you the option to step into active Linn nirvana - or enjoy their incredible performance with a single quality amp. They deliver the hallmark Linn PRaT (pace, rhythm and timing) that made the brand famous - precise, fast, musical, and deeply engaging.

The Kabers sound extremely open and free - capable of great delicacy and real authority. These speakers let you follow a musical line like few others. Their speed and agility make them addictive. Dual 6.5" bass/mid drivers + 1" dome tweeter.

Triple binding posts (for bi- or tri-wiring). What They Pair Well With. Linn's own LK-series (LK85, LK100) or later Majik. Classic British integrateds like Audiolab, Cyrus, Arcam.

Great vinyl front ends or even modern streamers with good DACs. They're not bloated, not boomy - just precise, fast, and utterly addictive to listen to. Add in the history, early serials, original receipt, and boxed condition - and this is a rare find for collectors and serious listeners alike.

NOTE - These Loudspeakers need linker cables or Linker plates for correct opperation in passive mode. Jumper cables will be provided with these speakers so they are ready to use out of the box. Insured and tracked via Parcelforce - (2 large parcels).
