Here are my late father's LUMLEY MONITOR REFERENCE 2 (Signature edition) floor standing speakers getting to be almost as rare as hens teeth! They are in excellent working order, the only blemishes are a couple of light stains to the top (where some pots were stood over the years).

Upgraded to the REFERENCE 2 SIGNATURE editions by John Jeffries himself and tuned (or whatever the terminology is) to cater for my father's taste in classical music. They produce a warm, deep, rich and full soundstage, with adjustable cross-overs so you can "tune" the sound to your room. They come complete with mesh covers and hardboard transport covers (but no boxes I'm afraid), also a set of screw in floor spikes. I really would like to see them go to someone who would properly appreciate what they are.

They are a very high quality British made speaker and highly revered at the time of manufacture.. (near Alfreton, Derbyshire - 3m from J28 M1).
