UP FOR SALE IS A PAIR OF MCINTOSH XR16 FLOORSTANDING SPEAKERS. BOTH SPEAKERS ARE IN EXCELLENT WORKING ORDER, BOTH TWEETERS, BOTH UPPER MIDS, BOTH 12 WOOFERS AND BOTH LOWER MIDS WORK FLAWLESSLY, NO ISSUES AT ALL.

BOTH LOWER MIDS HAVE A BRAND NEW SURROUNDINGS. ALL OF THEM ARE IN VERY NICE PRESENTABLE CONDITION, NO PUSHED IN TWEETERS, NO PUSHED IN DUST CAPS OR BROKEN SURROUNDINGS.

COSMETICALLY SPEAKING, BOTH SPEAKER CABINETS SHOW VISIBLE SIGNS OF USE AND WEAR , DUE TO THEIR AGE. THERE ARE SOME VISIBLE SCRATCHES SCUFFS AND NICKS, SOME DINGS AND CHIPS AROUND.

WE PICTURED THE MAJOR ONES. BOTH GRILLS HAD MULTIPLE HOLES THAT WERE TOUCHED UP TO MAKE THEM LESS NOTICEABLE. PLEASE CHECK THE PICTURES TO SEE THESE FLAWS AND IMPERFECTIONS.

XR16 Isoplanar Radiator Loudspeaker System. 4-way floor system has 12" woofer, 8" lower mid, 1-1/2" dome upper mid and 1" soft dome tweeter. Red and yellow level indicator lights at bottom right. Red light indicates tweeter fuse blown. Yellow light indicates maximum power level.

Main and tweeter fuses are located at the back of the cabinet. This was the first of the smaller systems to be designed in new anechoic chamber. Size: 35-5/8"H, 17-1/2"W and 11-3/4D.
