Sound wise no issues they sound exactly as they should. Big sound, big bass but with clean and clinical top end detail coming through. Cosmetically there are some lumps & bumps all pictured. Grills have had the fabric staple gunned back on in places, not noticable from directly in front (not the greatest job but does the trick).
Grills come on & off as they should, fabric not fought or torn however if you compare closely one fabric is slightly lighter in shade. No damage or deterioration to any badging. Tweeters unblemished with no dents. Main drivers came away from rubber seals in places but re-stuck. Rear terminals have one origin pair of jumpers, the other is home made. Full set of spikes in both bases. Very heavy & very solid! Please any questions please ask. Collection from Ware, Herts, SG12.Can deliver locally or meet half way drive if agreed (please message first). The smallest of Mission's bi-wirable, floor-standing systems from the late 89's, the 763 builds on the reputation of one of Hi-Fi's true legends, the Mission 770.
Using the latest version of that speaker's 200mm polypropylene bass unit, Mission exploits the driver's full potential by pairing it with the fabric dome ferry-fluid cooled tweeter of the 762 in a superbly crafted, resonance-controlled cabinet of elegant styling and proportion. The 763, with its high sensitivity, broad bandwidth and spectacular soundstage, is a cost-effective way of filling rooms of ample dimension, while requiring an amplifier of only medium power.
