The cosmetic condition is good however the tweeter has a slight dent (please see the last image). With a slim depth of only 65 mm, the Radius 225 seamlessly complements modern ultra-thin displays. Whether utilised as a centre channel or main speaker, its acoustic configuration featuring dual 4" C-CAM mid/bass drivers alongside a 1" C-CAM tweeter ensures exceptional accuracy in both horizontal and vertical orientations. 4 C-CAM Bass Driver: The Radius incorporates bass drivers featuring concave cone profiles, a technology initially introduced in our premium Platinum speakers and later applied to Gold GX. Rigorous research and FEA modelling have enabled us to optimise the relationship between the radiating diaphragm and its motor design. This includes the implementation of larger motor sizes and voice coils, resulting in increased excursion, higher power capability, and reduced distortion.

C-CAM Gold Dome Tweeter: Specifically optimised for superior performance within the compact Radius cabinets, the C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter boasts a more efficient rear-venting design. This design releases trapped and compressed air at the back of the tweeter dome, guiding it around the drive assembly to a rear-loading chamber for enhanced overall performance.

HiVe II Port Design: Making its debut in the Radius series from the Platinum's design blueprint, the HiVe II reflex port is shaped to mimic the effect of a gun-barrel on a bullet. Rifled grooves inside the port accelerate airflow and reduce turbulence, ensuring more efficient movement of air in and out of the port.

This results in a faster, more dynamic bass response. Single Through-Bolt Driver Fixing: The Radius features a single through-bolt driver fixing that provides mechanical decoupling, enhancing mid-band clarity and resolution.

Additionally, these through-bolts serve as rigid cross-bracing, contributing to a solid and non-resonant cabinet. Frequency Response: 80 Hz - 35 kHz. Recommended Amplifier Requirements: 40 - 150 W. Bass Alignment: Bass reflex - Front ported.
