Vintage Emi RS Floor Standing Speakers 92390AL Elliptical Alnico Spares Repairs. Condition is For parts or not working. One speaker sounds great, the other has an issue with the main speaker and it makes no sound at all, sound still emanates from the tweeters in that cabinet just not from the main speaker unit. Have opened the backs of both cabinets and compared the two. Nothing stands out as being different between the two.

Only thing I say looks different is the small coil unit attached to the non working speakers unit has only one copper wire going into, whereas the good one has two. Some scratches and knocks to the wood, particularly on the back edges. A small corner knock top right corner of the left speaker. Small hole in the net close to the bottom on this speaker. On the right speaker again some marks and scratches, a knock stop left on the corner of cabinet.

Cabinets sit in small legs, a rail that rungs front to back of box on each side, raising speakers off the ground by about 4cm (1.5 inches). Total height, including feet, 88cm (30.5 inches).

Large speaker measures 13.5" inches by 8" approx. 4 small tweeters all measure 2.5 inches approx. Large speakers are both marked 92390AL. All the tweeters are marked 243 and 7/04 though that may be 7104. Small plaque on the backs has the White or Black and Red connections/ports.

These are a little smaller than 4mm connectors and bigger than 2mm. I used medium thickness speakers cable folded in half, fitted quite nicely. Please see my feedback and other listings.
